About
Careful Dentistry in a Calm, Familiar Setting
Delta Centre Laser Cosmetic Dentistry has cared for families in the Delta community for 35 years. Over that time, we’ve had the privilege of treating multiple generations of the same families. Some patients who first came to the practice years ago now bring their children and grandchildren to see us.
That history has shaped the way we practise dentistry. We focus on preserving natural teeth whenever possible and use conservative, modern treatment to support long-term oral health. Rather than treating every concern the same way, we look at what each patient actually needs and recommend care accordingly.
We also know that dental appointments can be difficult for people who feel nervous or anxious. Creating a calmer experience has therefore become an important part of how we provide care, from the time we take to explain treatment to the technology we use.
How We Approach Every Appointment
We treat every patient as an individual. That means giving you time to ask questions, explaining what we see, and making sure you understand what we are recommending and why before treatment begins.
Prevention and patient education are also central to our approach. Regular examinations, professional cleanings, appropriate screenings, and home-care guidance can help us identify changes early and support healthier teeth and gums over time.
For patients who are anxious about dental treatment, we work at a pace that feels manageable. Laser dentistry also gives us another way to make certain procedures more comfortable. For suitable treatments, including some fillings, laser technology may reduce or eliminate the need for local anaesthetic or traditional drilling.
The Values Behind Our Care
Long-term relationships are built on trust, consistency, and straightforward communication. At Delta Centre Laser Cosmetic Dentistry Dentistry, our approach is guided by a few principles our patients can expect at every visit:
Honest Recommendations
We explain your options clearly, including when monitoring a concern may be appropriate.
Consistent Pricing
We follow the same fee structure for our patients rather than changing prices from person to person.
Comfort-Focused Care
We take dental anxiety seriously and adjust our approach for nervous patients of all ages.
Prevention & Education
We want you to understand your oral health and what you can do to protect it between visits.
Clear Communication
We explain treatment in straightforward language and give you time to make informed decisions.
Careful Infection Control
We maintain established sterilization and infection-prevention procedures throughout the office.
We also want dental care to remain accessible to the community we have served for decades. Students receive a 20% discount, reduced fees are available for seniors, and we welcome patients covered by the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) as well as major dental insurance plans.
Technology That Serves a Purpose
Technology is useful only when it improves the way we diagnose, plan, or deliver treatment. That is why the technology in our office has been chosen with specific clinical purposes in mind.
Dr. Mo was an early adopter of laser dentistry, and it remains one of the features that sets our practice apart. Our BIOLASE Waterlase system can be used for selected hard- and soft-tissue procedures. Depending on the treatment, laser dentistry may reduce the need for freezing, provide greater precision, and reduce bleeding during certain soft-tissue procedures. For patients who are nervous about needles or traditional dental instruments, that can make a meaningful difference in the experience.
We also use two Primescan intraoral scanners to capture detailed digital impressions without relying on traditional impression trays for suitable treatments. Two in-house milling machines allow us to design and create CEREC® restorations at the office, including crowns that can often be completed in a single visit. This can eliminate the need for a temporary crown and a separate appointment to place the final restoration.
Our 3D printer is another practical part of the digital workflow and can be used to produce items such as night guards, surgical guides, and dental models.
We invest in technology because it helps us provide care more precisely and efficiently—not simply because it is new.
Comprehensive Care, All in One Office
Our patients have different needs at different stages of life, so we provide a broad range of treatment in-house. Along with preventive, general, restorative, cosmetic, and pediatric dentistry, our team provides dental implants, bone grafting, surgical extractions, apical surgery, periodontal care, and laser dentistry.
Keeping these capabilities within the practice means many patients can continue receiving care from a team that already knows their dental history rather than coordinating treatment between several different offices.
